I am happy to share my experiences about the two-day course (25.08.2018/01.09.2018) on 8D reporting with focus on the Customer. The course was held in the spirit of an excellent organization such as location and time. At the same time, the preparation of the presenters as well as the selected materials brought the interest of the audience from the very beginning and were corresponding with the expectations regarding the topics discussed. Very good impression was the preparation of the leading presenters, with regards to the specifics for our company business topics as well as over the previously announced additional ones. The additional topics were addressed to the audience in a fair and engaging manner. As a result of the course, I can confirm increased awareness from R & M employees involved in completing 8D reports. Additional positive effects can be noted: improvement in language expressions in the individual parts formulation of the reports, better structure and strong focus on searching, finding and eliminating the root cause of the non-conformities. As a summary, I dare say the course have fulfilled its purpose on a good and very good level, I would strongly recommend passing that type of course to our partners and suppliers.
