I am the Founder and Managing Director of IBTrainings. During my career, I have acquired more than 7 years of experience in corporate training.

In 2017 I earned my MBA degree from Cotrugli Business School, Croatia.

My experience

is in the area of the direct sales of financial services. I have earned national awards for best sales person.

The training

I have lead include sales and administrative teams in production companies, FMCG chains, insurance companies, non-bank financial institutions and call centers.

I believe

that simulations and interactions are key to each training, as new knowledge has to be practiced before it becomes an applicable skill.
