The following recommendation is issued to consulting company IBTrainings to certify mutual project for execution training of management positions of Fantastico food chain during the period 2017 – 2018.

The project includes:

1. Regular full day training modules of: Regional managers, Store Managers, Deputy Managers, Trainee Managers, Merchandisers and Main Cashiers on the following topics:

• Communication with internal and external customers
• Conflict management and negotiation skills
• Time management

2. Regular full day training modules for members of newly established training team on the following topics:

• Presentation skills, planning and design of basic and advanced training modules
• Execution of the overall training process
• Fundamentals of management and leadership

The trainer – Iliyan Boychev was very effective in understanding the specifics of our operation needs. The provided training modules were interactive – with included role plays, exercises and discussions which drove to faster absorption of new knowledge and skills as well as the module helped in sharing experience and good practices between the colleagues from the different shops and units.
